We purchased our home while being in another province, and they assisted with all aspects of this remote purchase. Not only did they handle home visits, but they also provided us with videos and many phone calls to keep us informed. Once we were ready to make a purchase, Mark walked us through the entire process with great thought and care. He connected us with trusted lawyers and home inspectors who provided the same high calibre of work as his team.

Buying a first home can be daunting, but Mark and Peter gave us every piece of information we needed, going above and beyond their duties. I immediately felt like I was buying my first home with a friend—someone who had my best interests at heart and took our concerns very seriously.
