Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mark and Peter helped us buy our first home, and the experience exceeded all expectations. We purchased our home while being in another province, and they assisted with all aspects of this remote purchase. Not only did they handle home visits, but they also provided us with videos and many phone calls to keep us informed. Once we were ready to make a purchase, Mark walked us through the entire process with great thought and care. He connected us with trusted lawyers and home inspectors who provided the same high calibre of work as his team.

Buying a first home can be daunting, but Mark and Peter gave us every piece of information we needed, going above and beyond their duties. I immediately felt like I was buying my first home with a friend—someone who had my best interests at heart and took our concerns very seriously.

If you are looking for a home on the Island, you should definitely call Mark.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mark is the best realtor in PEI, in my opinion. He help find a property that was best suited to my needs and sell a property. He goes above and beyond for his clients and treats them with honesty and respect. This was by far, my best experience working with a realtor. His professionalism is second to none and he is always prepared ahead of time.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We wanted to reach out and express our gratitude and recommendation in working with Mark & Peter.
Coming from away, we had a steep learning curve in terms of where on the island we wanted to be, as well as island specific considerations in the market and expectations for a home here. Mark was so patient in showing us all of our options and more and we really appreciated his honest approach. I'm confident that we wouldn't have found what we wanted without his help.
Peter was always super quick to respond to all correspondence as well and made sure we had what we needed.
I can't say enough great things about this team.
If you want a team that truly has your best interests at heart, choose them!!
