Mark and Peter helped us buy our first home, and the experience exceeded all expectations. We purchased our home while being in another province, and they assisted with all aspects of this remote purchase. Not only did they handle home visits, but they also provided us with videos and many phone calls to keep us informed. Once we were ready to make a purchase, Mark walked us through the entire process with great thought and care. He connected us with trusted lawyers and home inspectors who provided the same high calibre of work as his team.

Coming from away, we had a steep learning curve in terms of where on the island we wanted to be, as well as island specific considerations in the market and expectations for a home here.
